Accurate was fantastic to work with. Mike gave me a detailed estimate on anything I asked and was great at answering my questions. They came and did the work when I was not home and they left no trace of being here. They are very professional and I will work with them again.

From the beginning to the end of the project, we couldn't have asked for better service! The crew of Joe, Mitch, Francisco and Connor came in to remove our giant maple that we were sad to see go (needed in order to have the solar panels on our roof) and Thor and Sean did the stump grinding. Everyone was so professional and efficient! Would highly recommend them and would have them back in a heartbeat! Thank you to Hope for all the billing assistance as well!

Overall, the service was great. The original price was a bit higher than expected, however Mike worked with us and we agreed on a fair price. We had a minor misunderstanding on the date of service, however Mike was excellent in contacting me to explain and set expectations. The work was performed on time and on budget. Following the initital trim there were a couple of additional areas we wanted trimmed. Mike sent his crew back out within a 2 weeks and the work was completed as requested; with NO extra charges. Mike and his team are great! I am picky about my yard and will not hesitate to call Accurate when we need more work done in the future!

Mike the owner came out to give me an estimate a few weeks ago. Once I received it via email, I called the office to accept my bid. They had a wonderful crew out within about a week to remove my really big tree. Mike, the office, and the tree removal crew we're all wonderful to work with. Couldn't be happier with the results! Accurate tree crew were right on time this morning. Went right to work. Avoided my neighbors property. Cleaned up everything. JOB WELL DONE !!!!!! I was told Tim was the team leader, and Tim did an outstanding performance in orchestrating the team activity, was the lead in the chainsawing of the limbs, and main tree trunks. Tim was a pleasure to watch in action. If I was still in business, I'd want to hire Tim away from you. The other two crew members also did an excellent job, and by the time they were done there was not bits of evergreen to clean up. And Hope always could advise on any questions I had. My project was cutting down and stump grinding of a larger pine tree and crabapple tree. The crew was actually fun to watch. They arrived on time, were very respectful of our yard and property, asked probing questions, were total experts in taking down our trees, grinding our stumps all with leaving no trace of tree limbs. Bill Haessig was our sales contact. He helped educate me on my trees. It was an easy and smooth transition over to Nick Hauser their GM and his team. These guys treated my property like it was their own property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Accurate Tree Service and Stump Grinding did an absolutely amazing job in removing a large tree in our backyard. The removal process was complex as access to the tree required the removal of a portion of our fence and limbs of the tree were hanging over the fence, powerlines and were near our house. Allen and his crew made quick work of the project (done in half a day) and left without leaving much of any trace that they were there at all! On top of that, Allen cut a nice "cookie" piece from the trunk for us to keep and use to as a keepsake from the tree. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking to have a tree removed.

Mike responded within days for my request for a quote and I received a detailed written estimate within a week of his visit to my home. His crew showed up when promised and they were very professional, working efficiently and responding respectfully to my questions. They did very good work and I could not be happier with the service and the price.

Allen, Kyle and the rest of the team did a great job. They took time to answer my questions, explain branches to prune and not prune, and left the yard so clean. But the I am most impressed with their actual pruning. At the end of the day I informed the folks I could not really tell pruning had been done even though I enjoyed observing them the whole time. Their pruning skills are truely at an artful level. I am enjoying discussing the end results with my neighbors. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Accurate employs skilled and experienced tree pruners who know how to remove trees and tree branches without having them crash into your home or cause other property damage. They call to let you know when they are coming and they do s super job of cleaning up afterwards. This was my third experience with them in the past two years.

I submitted a request on their website and had a call back from a friendly lady within minutes. She was extremely helpful and let me know that they may not service my area (Barneveld) but would check with the owner. Unfortunately, after checking she learned that they were not able to travel this far. That didn't stop her from promptly following up with me and recommending where I should look for other contractors and all of the insurance information I should request before hiring someone else. Pam went above and beyond when she did not have to. These guys are an extremely professional company. Wish I could have hired them to do the job.

Totally satisfied with Accurate Tree Services. They removed two large trees and pruned two others. A lot of the work was done over my roof and also over cables connected to my house. I was impressed by how Mitch made complex cuts and still prevented any damage to my home. And they quoted the job well below any of the other companies I contacted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The crew did a wonderful job! The old tree stump was completely removed, everything was ground out perfectly. we wouldn't have been able to tell where it was without the hole the grass. They did a really good job of grinding out the old shrub roots as well. That one was close to the house so we were concerned, but they accomplished the job without any issues. The price was right, the crew got behind so they had to reschedule, but we weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't an issue, and we were more than happy with the results. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely professional company. They were excellent communicators and provided a great product. I had a tree that was beginning to lean and I wanted it taken out. Accurate provided a quick estimate, although they were extremely busy due to a storm that had created a great deal of local tree damage. The estimate turn around was fast and contained options. I decided to have the tree cut down along with stump grinding. They also provided cleaning of the area with dirt, grass seed and then laid down straw. This was all done very quickly and at a price that was amazingly inexpensive for what they did. They followed up after providing an estimate and following each visit .. cutting tree, then coming back to grind the stump and then clean and seed. They also let me know ahead of time, when they would be at my house. I highly recommend Accurate and would use them again.

Accurate did a great job for me. I had four medium size trees to remove that were very close to my home. They were out in a few hours with no sign they had been there. Great customer service at the office as well!

Accurate Tree Service did an excellent job trimming our beloved oak tree. The found a way to make it look attractive and they saved much more of the tree than I had asked them to trim away. Also, they had the had the best price. When they left the yard was clean and barely a sign they had been there.

they have come to my home several times to trim my trees. they are quick and accurate. they do what i ask while keeping the health of the tree in mind. i also have several gardens in my yard. they are so respectful of my delicate flowers. you would never know they were there if the trees didn't look so good. i love these guys and would highly recommend them.

Because I am hard of hearing I requested that they call before they leave their prior job and let me know - which they did and they also knocked loudly on the front door to let me know that they had arrived. This is going above and beyond what most customers would require. The office personnel were very accomodating and helpful in explaining any questions we had. Would I use them again. You Bet.!!!!!!
